The machine is composed of decelerator, testing machine frame, measuring control system, testing accessories and so on. The lower part of the testing machine is the base, in which there are precision stepping motors, control systems and other devices. The motor drives the lead screw to rotate through the circular arc synchronous belt and the deceleration device. There are drive nuts on the lead screw. The drive nut is consolidated with the moving beam. When the lead screw rotates, the moving beam moves up and down. By adjusting the speed of the motor, the moving speed of the moving beam can be changed, so as to meet various speeds required by the test. The force measuring sensor is fixed on the upper crossbeam, the sensor is connected with the upper clamp of the sample, and the lower clamp of the sample is connected with the connecting seat fixed on the moving block. The machine is equipped with a displacement measuring sensor. During the test, the load sensor on the moving beam measures the magnitude of the test force, and the displacement sensor measures the amount of movement. The signals of the two are filtered and amplified, and converted from a / D to a single-chip microcomputer. The single-chip microcomputer collects and processes the test data and displays them, and at the same time carries out overload judgment processing and protection.
 
The front panel on the digital display shows the test force and displacement at the same time. The test speed shall be set by the operator according to the actual requirements of the test piece and the operation procedures before the test. The speed is 0.1mm/min ~ 200mm / min, divided into 0.1, 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200mm / min and other gears.
