III. structure introduction

This machine is a fully sealed cabin structure, and the exhaust gas can be discharged uniformly (the exhaust device shall be provided by the customer). The bottom of the equipment is thermocouple, and the upper part of the thermocouple is experimental chamber. The experimental cabin is surrounded by a thermal insulation layer. The upper part of the experimental cabin is the hatch cover.

IV. installation and use

1. The electric furnace does not need special installation. It only needs to be placed on a flat ground or on a shelf. The controller shall avoid vibration, and shall not be placed too close to the electric furnace to prevent the electronic components from working normally due to overheating.

2. Observe whether the temperature display is normal after start-up, and whether the cold engine starts to display room temperature.

3. The power of this machine is large, so it must be grounded during use.
