III. structure overview

The testing machine is composed of fuselage, jaw, impact pendulum and indicating structure. (see chart 1)

1. The body is the result support of the machine.

2. The jaw assembly is used to support the specimen. (see Figure 2)

3. The impact pendulum consists of the upper connecting sleeve, the pendulum rod, the hammer body and the impact blade. There are 4 kinds of pendulum in this machine, which can produce 4 kinds of impact energy.

4. Indication structure: it is composed of dial (8), active pointer (5), passive pointer (7) and friction disk (6).

IV. transportation and installation

(1) when loading, unloading and handling the packing box of the testing machine, it is necessary to avoid excessive inclination and no collision or strong vibration.

(2) before the installation of the testing machine, the anti rust oil applied during the packaging shall be cleaned and the dust shall be wiped off with clean cotton yarn. The parts shall not be removed during the cleaning and wiping.

(3) the testing machine shall be fastened on the foundation and leveled well, and its foundation quality shall be at least 40 times of that of the heaviest pendulum used.

(4) the position of the angle screw shall meet the requirements.

(5) insert the power plug into the AC 220V, 50Hz socket.
